Dear all!
It was a pleasure to meet you all and share with you Make it Toolkit. I'd like touch base and share a few guidelines before the session on May 28th
Review the 15 strategies and related behaviour change techniques. A good way to evaluate/audit a competitor's behavioural strategy.
Behavioural Journey Map: Based on your customer journey map, identify desired and undesired behaviours, and eventually any specific customer segments to target (demographics, psychographics).
Behavioural Diagnosis: identify the potential barriers and reasons for a behaviour to not occur/occur. A great step-by-step tool for this is the interactive barrier Identification tool. Here 👉 https://www.bi.team/our-work/tools/behavioural-barrier-identification-tool/
Ideation: by using the 15 strategies, brainstorm some high-level ideas on how influence the behaviours identified and build a behavioural design hypothesis for each (I'd suggest to identify the most critical moments of the customer journey).
Prepare a 10 min (max) presentation to guide everyone through steps 2-4 (also step 1 if you analysed a competitor's behavioural strategy.
I highly suggest to read this paper.
👉 Feedback session: I have locked a 1-hour slot (Zoom) on Tuesday, May 25, 10:00 am (Spain). for anyone who wishes to have a chat before the next session. Otherwise, feel free to comment on this.
