P&G Summer Bootcamp Barcelona –New Product Concepts
Research camp and generation of product concepts for the P&G shaving and waxing line in Spain.

Challenges
Understand the point of view of different user groups, link services, technologies, preferences, and audience segments. In order to create a minimum of five product concepts that can be implemented by the client's design and engineering department
Step One: Organize
Determine objectives, areas of interest, and profile of potential participants. Identification of priorities with the company and its different departments involved to design a customized activities program. Locations, partners, segments, benchmarking, etc.
Step Two: Design
Bootcamp design, call, and selection of participants according to the defined profiles, contextualization prior to the event. Online research and discussion forums prior to the event.
Step Three: Execute
Bootcamp execution. Create teams, goals, and objectives to achieve. Develop projects and start the competition. Analyze the works to be able to make the award. Generate documentation to deliver and organize post-event work meetings.
